House Hunting: Update

Well guys, I have some sad news. The house in Alpine featured here sold last Friday. A lady that came to look at the house the same day we did put an offer in that following Monday; the offer was countered by the seller and the buyer accepted the terms. It ended up selling for just about full asking price. We aren't too desperately sad about this; especially not Nic since he did not think the house was worth the price. But we have learned that if you really love a property you have to act fast!
