Utah Valley Parade of Homes 2012: Great 2-Story Family Room

I have to be honest. I was not blown away by this home! It was absolutely massive and had amazing views, but the finishes were only done nicely on the main floor. The basement, second, and third (yes third), stories left much to be desired. I always encourage people to build smaller homes with more high-end features all around. It gives your home more of a designer feel. Size does not always equal high design. Here are some pics of what I thought were highlights of the home.

 Chandelier in the entry
Amazing two story family room with built-ins

Beams on the ceiling creating a coffered effect

 Gourmet Kitchen

Beautiful millwork and cabinetry in the master bath

 View from upstairs
The Exterior

  1. Hey, nice info!, very informative blog.
I read your blog, its really awesome,I have also a site related to you.
As with any home purchase, there are some things that any buyer will want to know about their new home. Many buyers make the mistake of thinking that because their home is newly constructed, there will be no issues with it.
